Facility & capacity

Built to carry contracts, not just orders

Our facility is laid out for production packaging: dedicated preservation, crating, marking and staging areas, staffed by a team that packages to written specification every day.

Inside the plant

Purpose-built work areas

Dedicated preservation lines

Separate stations for cleaning and drying, preservative application, barrier sealing and desiccation, so methods are not mixed on a shared bench.

Container and crate build area

Space and equipment to build wood boxes, crates and blocking on site rather than waiting on outside fabrication.

Marking and verification station

Label printing, application and scan verification handled as its own step, with a final audit before a load is closed.

Receiving, staging and outbound docks

Inbound material inspected and segregated on arrival; finished orders staged by delivery order to keep contracts from bleeding into each other.

Contract capacity

Any size requirement, the same discipline

Trained, detail-oriented workforce

A good-sized team already experienced in detail-driven and compliance packaging, cross-trained across preservation, marking and container build so volume swings do not stall a line.

Scales from a single unit to full runs

The same documented process covers a two-piece order and a multi-thousand-unit production run. Staffing and stations are added to the run, not the process rewritten.

Scheduled to the delivery date

Each order is planned backward from its RDD with material lead time included, then tracked so an at-risk date is communicated early rather than explained late.

Finished, labeled and unitized orders staged by delivery order — the floor space and process control behind large recurring contracts.

Trained operators on dedicated strapping and wrapping equipment.

A workforce that treats detail and documentation as the job itself.

On-time delivery

How we protect the delivery schedule

01

Capacity confirmed before award

Send the annual quantity, item mix and delivery cadence and we return the throughput, lead time and staffing plan in writing — so you are not awarding against a guess.

02

Material staged for recurring items

For repeat NSNs we stock barrier material, desiccant, cartons and lumber to buffer supply lead time out of the delivery schedule.

03

Surge shifts for peak demand

Additional shifts and stations are scheduled for end-of-fiscal-year pushes and unplanned quantity increases.

04

Continuity for indefinite contracts

Documented instructions, controlled materials and a named contract point of contact keep long-term contracts running the same way in year five as in month one.
